Our buckwheat is organically grown with pure and fresh glaciers water in high altitude valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan by independent farmers. Buckwheat is a plant based healthy alternative to wheat flour that is gluten free. It is simply made by grinding raw buckwheat groats.
Buckwheat is a good source of fiber, high in carbohydrates, protein and, also provides small amounts of vitamins B1 and B2. Buckwheat is also an excellent source of minerals such as copper, magnesium and phosphorus.
